Do you also have a bedtime routine?

So it's always the same for my mommy and me: every two days I go into the bath , ohhh I love it so much, I'm a real water rat 💧🛀🏻 🧽 At 6 p.m. I have dinner - at the moment I'm still being breastfed, then I get oiled up, I particularly enjoy the cuddles 👣😊 This is followed by a new diaper with organic grease wool, we particularly like the great new wool from @diekleinenfreunde which is particularly absorbent for the long night.

🌃 Afterwards, my mommy always reads me a little bedtime story. 📙 I absolutely love books. We're currently reading an old book about Maya the Bee. 🐝 Before she puts me to bed, she sings me a song - "lalelu" 🎶 while she holds me tightly in her arms and gently rocks me back and forth against her body. A loving kiss is the highlight of our evening routine. 💋

These rituals give me a special feeling of security; I know exactly what's going to happen next, and I fall asleep naturally thanks to the repetitive routine. What's your honest opinion on this?

Some of my parents' friends don't think it's that important and say I haven't noticed yet... I think it's really good that we've stuck to our schedules so consistently from the start and that I can relax at home every evening.
