You have the option to return your order to us free of charge within 60 days.

Refunds are usually processed using the original payment method. We usually process refunds within 1-2 business days. Depending on the payment method, the amount will be refunded immediately or shortly thereafter. Please note that a return shipment is required even if you receive the refund before returning the item.

Returns of Räuberella products ordered through Amazon must also be processed there. You can use the online return center for this, where you can, for example, print out a shipping label directly. As long as the products are unused and undamaged, you have 30 days from receipt of the goods to do so. If you missed the deadline to initiate a return with Amazon, you can also sell the goods there, for example. The products must also be in like-new condition. You will receive a refund after your Amazon return has been processed.
